We turn Executive Offsites into Innovation Labs

Team Meeting

The SandHax Way

SandHax was founded on a simple idea:

the world's most successful companies don't just talk about innovation - they create the space for it.

We build those spaces.

Every SandHax offsite is a 48-hour laboratory where executive teams, technologists and creative thinkers come together to solve what matters next.

Our Philosophy

We believe innovation happens when three things meet:

Clarity of Leadership

Courage to experiment

The right environment to explore

That's why every SandHax experience is designed to blend strategy with imagination - aligning executive teams, unlocking creativity and turning ideas into action.

SandHax was founded on the belief that technology alone doesn't transform organisations - leaders do. We combine strategic facilitation, design thinking and AI-enabled tools to help executive teams navigate disruption with clarity and confidence.

How We Work

Small Meeting

Each offsite is custom-built around your challenge.

We bring together:

  • Experienced facilitators - ex-CXOs, executive coaches and leadership mentors who know what it takes to align a boardroom.

  • Technical experts - senior CTOs, CDOs and AI specialists translating innovation into tangible prototypes.

  • Developers and designers - to bring your ideas to life, fast

  • Offsite Architect - responsible for designing and guiding the executive experience

Each SandHax sprint concludes with clear, actionable outputs - ideas, prototypes and decisions that create tangible business impact long after the session ends.

SandHax offsites are built to energise executive teams - and deliver results that justify every hour away from the office.

My Story

Jeannette Boulton

Founder, SandHax

I have spent over two decades operating at the centre of executive decision-making, not as a consultant observing from the outside, but as someone trusted enough to be in the room when the real conversations happened.

Across financial services, publishing, manufacturing, technology and search, I worked alongside senior leadership teams navigating growth, complexity and change.

I saw, repeatedly and across very different organisations, the same pattern: smart, capable leaders struggling not for lack of intelligence or ambition, but for lack of a structured space to slow down, surface what actually needed deciding and align around it together.

That observation became the founding idea behind SandHax.

I am MBA-qualified with a commercial and strategic background spanning executive engagement origination, market positioning and decision-critical initiatives.

Alongside SandHax, I serve as Head of Origination at Energising Leaders, where I work at the front end of senior leadership engagements, identifying where executive alignment or decision quality has become a constraint to organisational performance, and connecting leaders with the right interventions.

I founded SandHax because I believe the gap between a leadership team that talks about AI and one that is genuinely prepared to lead through it is not a technology gap. It is a decision-making and alignment gap. And that is a gap I know how to close.

I am fluent in English and German and work with leadership teams across the UK and internationally.
